The Network of Victim Assistance (NOVA) Thrift Shop, located at 2116 Broad Street in Perkasie, is celebrating its 20th birthday and invites the community to join in the celebration. In honor of this special milestone, NOVA is asking members of the community to donate 20 items.

Network of Victim Assistance (NOVA) is honoring a special group of health professionals during Forensic Nurses Week November 8-12. These superheroes serve as the backbone for anti-violence efforts, advocacy, and care. NOVA is currently looking to hire additional Forensic Nurses.

Levittown Now – Bullying Prevention Program Teaches Bristol Twp. Students To Stand Up
Rather than being bystanders, students can put a stop to bullying by being upstanders – students who speak up and intervene on behalf of someone being bullied. NOVA brought their prevention program to Neil A. Armstrong Middle School earlier this month.

Donated gift cards will enable clients in need to make their own special holiday purchases. Each client selected for the holiday gift card program has been affected by crime and has been vetted by their NOVA advocate or counselor. For some, the gift cards can be used to purchase a special toy their child is hoping to receive. For others, the gift cards will be used to purchase tasty treats for their holiday meal or essential items for their household.
